If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Delzam will fully cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. 4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
5. What is your return policy?

6. When will I receive my refund?
