You can return your order up to 30 days after you have received it. All returned items must be in an unused condition, free from damage, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Delzam will fully cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns for Personal Reasons
Items returned for personal reasons, such as sizing preferences, accidental orders, or a change of mind, will incur return postage costs, which must be covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact Us
Please contact our support team at info@delzam.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Prepare Your Item
Pack the item(s) securely back into their original packaging. Ensure all original tags and accessories are included.
3. Ship the Package
Please follow the exact return address instructions provided to you by our customer service once your return request is approved. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method so we can monitor your return. All returns must be shipped to our designated facility provided by our support team.
Refund Process
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Delzam will check all items for any signs of use or damage. If the items are approved in their original condition, refunds will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or a completely different product? We will gladly arrange an exchange for you. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preferences like size or color. Please contact us at info@delzam.com to initiate the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
There are some items we cannot accept for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, these items will be clearly marked on the individual product pages.
